My philosophy at Specialized is that retail is about creating physical spaces that connect the heart of the brand to the rider through memorable experience and authentic human interactions.

In collaboration from our Global Retail Team and Regional Teams, we develop some of our top performing retailers and set the standard for the most elevated brand expressions in a physical space. Our global team has had a variety of impact from inspiring designs, providing guidance and strategy, to working directly with teams to create custom Retail Marketing material and display designs.

I specialize in leading Retail Marketing strategy, campaign hierarchy, storytelling strategy, community marketing, and consumer experiences. My role includes creating high level standards, guides, and direction for Markets to execute in their retail stores.
